Of course the answer is yes!

• There is a dating website that makes $300,000 per month. It is run by one man and his girlfriend!

  Before Jason Calacanis sold Weblogs, Inc to AOL for $25 million, he got the network of blogs making over $4,000 a day from Google AdSense. So impressive was his AdSense performance that Google used Weblogs for a case study.

There are not a huge amount of adsense millionairses out there but they are out there!

I guess what this all comes down to is the more traffic that you get the more adsense money you can potentially make!
