Payment In Progress! May 2009!

Just thought you all should know that I finally got my "Payment In Progress" line on my Adsense account!

Apparently others in the US are receiving them too and everybody is quite excited!



They have been coming quite late in the month recently but we just came out of a three-day holiday and at least it is there now!

I Made It Past The $100 Mark!

As you can see I made it past the $100 mark! That means that I have earned enough to get an Adsense payment next month plus I still have the rest of the month to go!

This is not my most prosperous month by far but I'm doing a lot better than a lot of others who have Adsense on their sites. It seems that us Adsense earners are experiencing decreases in what we generally make per month using Adsense.

I do have a few ideas as to how to increase my Adsense earnings and they include using higher-paying keywords and increasing the traffic to my sites.

There Has Been A Payment In Progress Sighting For January 2009!

Someone in India posted that they got their "PIP" for May 2009! Alas since this is the Memorial Day weekend I don't expect to see a "payment in progress" line on my own Adsense account until Tuesday - which is a few days away.

You Are Scheduled To Be Sent A Payment..........

Well this little bit of information finally showed up in my Adsense account today when I was checking my Adsense earnings.

Compulsive-obsessive that I am, I'm a little disappointed that this didn't show up on the 18th of the month because usually it takes a week between the time this message shows up and the actual time that we receive a "payment in progress" note.

Another reason for my concern is that the 25th comes on Memorial Day for May of 2009 and since that is a holiday and also a bank holiday, it may further delay when we actually see a "PIP" line in our Adsense account.

Now last month (April 2009) the Adsense payment came very late during the month and it was explained by Adsense that the reason was because of their being some bank holidays during the month which further delayed the receiving of our Adsense earnings.

So who know what this month will bring!

The monthly wait for the Adsense earnings has begun!

I'm A Little Past The Halfway Mark For This Month - So Far!

As you can see, I have made it just past the halfway mark for this month! Since this is the 13th of the month that means that I still have the rest of the month to make the minimum $100 needed to get an Adsense payment for next month!

My basic numbers have gone down and I'm not too happy with my CTR but my CPM's are at least over $10!

And I'm pretty that I will at least make the $100 minimum needed to get an Adsense payment next month.

With the exception of the first 2 months that I belonged to Adsense, I have always made at least the $100 minimum needed to get an Adsense payment the next month and I am not going to break that record!

Saturday, May 16th 2009 - The Adsense Site Will Be Down For Maintenance!

According to the the powers that be:

"On Saturday, 5/16/09, our engineers will be performing site maintenance from approximately 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PDT."

So that means that on Saturday, the Adsense site will be down while their engineers will be performing site maintenance.

Another 15 Days! - At Best!

Because the adsense payments were so late last month, I decided to do some calculations about this month! It doesn't look too promising though!

According to my calculations we won't be seeing an Adsense payment for the month of May 2009 until the 26th at best!

It has been said that Adsense usually pays on the last Tuesday of each month and even though there have been times when the "payment in progress" line has shown up before the last Tuesday of the month I think that is safe to assume that this won't necessarily happen all of the time!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the Adsense payments will come a bit sooner! (Hopefully to make up for getting such a late payment last month!)

Well! My PIP has FINALLY shown up!

I think that this is about the latest that my "payment in progress" line has shown up for my Google Adsense account!

It is now the 28th of the month with only 2 more days left to go in the month and I'm glad that my "PIP" for April 2009 has finally shown up!

It's not only me but there were a LOT of other people who were concerned about not seeing their "payment in progress" line show up. But now that it is starting to show for some, then the others can't be too far behind!

The Adsense Site Is Back Up And Running!

Just in case you didn't know, Adsense was doing site maintenance today but I am happy to report that they are now back up and running again!

I know this because I just checked out my own Adsense numbers.

So the Adsense site is back up again!

I Made It To The Halfway Mark - Barely!

As you can see I have just barely made it past the half-way mark! That means that I'm halfway to reaching the minimum $100 needed to be earned to get an Adsense payment next month.

My numbers are low as compared to previous months but I am working on increasing my Adsense earnings. And the good thing is that I still have the rest of the month to go to earn at least the $100 minimum needed to get an Adsense payment next month!

My PIP Has Arrived!

Well! My PIP has finally arrived! Thank goodness because we were coming close to the weekend!

Been checking the boards too to find out any news and it was kind of strange because the only new post that I saw relating to "payment in progress" was a post from someone in Germany who posted that they got their "PIP" for March 2009!

So I thought that since that was the only new post about getting a "payment in progress" line that those outside the US would be getting it first. I kind of resigned myself to that fact. But I decided to check my Adsense numbers and there it was......

earlier on today someone posted that they got their "payment in process" line on their Adsense account for March 2009!

They mentioned that they were from Michigan and that they get their adsense payment by check.

No one else has posted that they got their "PIP" yet but at least this is a start and if it is a legitimate post then that means that the payment process has begun!

So let us keep our fingers crossed!

Well guess what shows up in my payment history? Sometime between the time I posted my last blog post earlier Friday and the wee hours of today this showed up in my Adsense payment history box!

Can't tell you exactly when this was put on but at least it is showing that the "payment in progress" progress has begun!

Usually I should be seeing the "You are scheduled to be sent a payment......." line by now on my adsense account and I am not seeing it yet!

It could be that I'm just a tad over anxious though. I looked for similar posts that I have made concerning this issue and have seen that there had been a previous month when I received the message on the 21st of the month and didn't get my "payment in progress" message until the 26th of the month!

Someone has also sent me the comment that they received their "PIP" as early as last week! which I find very hard to believe - but hey anything is possible - right?

It seems that almost everyone's Adsense numbers are down and that includes myself as well.

Basically what I am going to have to work on now is to increase my click-thru rate and increase my cpm numbers - meaning attracting more higher-paying Adsense advertisers.

But for right now I am quite glad that I made it to the $100 minimum today and I still have the rest of the month to go yet!

Saturday, March 14, 2009 - The Adsense Site Will Be Down For Maintenance

Here is the latest news from the Adsense Advisor:

The Adsense site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, March 14, from 10am-2pm PDT. That's 5pm-9pm GMT.

You won't be able to log in during this time, but earnings and clicks will be recorded as usual.

I Made It Past The Halfway Mark!

As you can see, I have made it just past the halfway mark - meaning that I earned just a little over $50 so far this month!

I'm a little disappointed with the numbers I'm getting but that's MY and not Adsense's - LOL!

I have been checking my adsense numbers all day and was just UNDER the %50 halfway mark. But just a few minutes ago I noticed a surge and now I'm just slightly past the halfway mark.

That means that I still have the rest of the month to earn at least the $100 minimum needed to get an Adsense payment next month.

Google's Adsense Program Making Changes To Their Log-In Page?

As I normally do, I went to check my adsense numbers tonight and found that logging in to the site was taking longer than usual. I noticed that the log-in page looked a little different and a screen came up announcing that "secure" material was included and asked me whether or not I wanted to proceed.

So I asked myself "What's up with this?" and I immediately went to the message boards to find out what was happening. Here is what I found out:

It seems that Adsense is updating their site. To quote the AdsenseAdviser:

>The AdSense team has indeed been working hard on rolling out new features for you.

However it seems that there were some "bugs" that occurred when people were trying to access their Adsense accounts. Here is what the Adsense Advisor has said:

You're also right about the minor login issue. As soon as we realized it was happening, our engineers rolled back the change and we put out a blog post to explain what was happening (check out the Inside AdSense Blog for details). If you try to log in to your account now, you'll be greeted by the traditional login page.

I logged-in to my Adsense account just a few minutes ago and after a slow start I am able to see my Adsense numbers again (I have earned at least 1/4 of the $100 that I need to get an adsense payment next month - so far).

Payment In Progress! February 2009!

As you can see from the picture above, I have received my "Payment In Progress" line! That means that it is very soon when I can actually get to SPEND the money!

As you can see from the picture above, I have made it past the $100 Mark! That means that I will at least be assured of getting an Adsense payment next month because I have past the $100 minimum needed to get an Adsense payment for the next month.

At first I felt disappointed about my numbers but I realize that there is a reason for the lower numbers and that is because I lost one of my hosting sites and until I get those sites back up my numbers are still lower.

I strive to get a 10% click rate and at least I'm more than halfway there, but I should mention that when I had all of my sites up, getting a 10% click-thru rate was my average!

Oh well..........more work for me to do!

"I'm Interested In Your (High-Paying) Keywords List......"

I got the following comment to one of my blog posts about high-paying keywords:

"I'm interested with your keywords the high paying ones...how much are you asking for it?"

Then the person who sent me this comment left their email address for me to contact them.

If you look to the right of this blog you will see that I am selling the high-paying keyword list for $55 and you can make your payment via Paypal.

This list includes at least 20 high-paying keywords that have a minimum Adsense cpm rate of at least $10 - some as much as $20 or more! There may also be the occassional keyword that has a cpm rate of $40 or more! (I once had a cpm rate of over $1,000 but unfortunately I don't know what keyword triggered that cpm rate! )

There Has Been A Payment In Progress Sighting For January 2009!

Well there has been a "PIP" sighting for January 2009! This is for the Adsense earnings for December 2008!

However I should note that the first posting about a "PIP" was from someone from India who is getting their Adsense payment by check.

I'm assuming that this is so because the end of the month falls on a weekend and Adsense is trying to make sure that everyone gets their payment before then. So those who are getting their payments by check and those whose Adsense earnings take a while to get - then Adsense is paying them first?

You Are Scheduled To Be Sent A Payment..........

I was getting kind of worried wondering when this would show up! It's usually a good indication that the "payment in progress" process has begun!

However seeing the above message show up today has me worried because this is the 21st of the month and it usually takes a week between the time the above message shows and the actual time that I see my actually "PIP" line show up in my adsense account.

Last month the message showed up around the 18th of December 2008 but I got my PIP on the 22nd - which I take to be an exception because of the Christmas holidays.

I will keep my eyes open to see when the first "payment in progress" sighting has been posted for January 2009!

Where Can I Find "High-Paying" Keywords?

Here is a copy of a recent email I got:

How do i find out which Keywords that pay more, and are somewhat associated with my subject matter without buying some "so callled" keyword list?

This is a very good question and I glad that you asked it!

Just like a good many other things you should be able to find lots of sites online that purport to have lists of keywords that pay more in adsense money.

The reason that I myself have a high-paying keyword list is because I have been to countless sites online and have been able to pick them up and implement them on my and my clients' sites.

The answer is really very simple - If you don't want to pay for a "so-called list, then why don't you just find the information yourself?
