Working To Bring Those Adsense Earnings Up!

If your Google Adsense earnings are down and you want to work to make your Google Adsense earnings go up then you have to identify your Adsense "problem areas!

Take a look at the screenshot below:

These are my Adsense numbers for today - so far!

Take a look at my adsense click-thru-rate. As an adsense publisher my goal for Adsense click thru rate is to have at least a 10% ctr on my adsense earnings. Now there have been times when my adsense click through rate has been higher and there have been times when my adsense click-thru-rate has been lower. But as you can see from the screenshot I am pretty much within my Adsense click thru rate goals.

How do you get a high adsense click thru rate? To get a high click through means that a good portion of the people that visit your adsense site are clicking on your adsense ads. That may be because the adsense ads that are appearing on your site are relative to the content on your site OR the adsense ads on your site are NOT relative to the content on your site BUT the adsense ads that are appearing on your site are interesting enough that they are being clicked on anyway.

Now take a look at the ecpm which means the estimate cost per click. That number means that the average price of the clicks are getting are in that number range. So this is another good example of how adsense publishers can incorporate higher-paying keywords into the content of their site so that they can earn more money per Adsense ad that gets clicked on their site.

If your Adsense earnings are down don't whine or complain about it.

Do something about it!

Are Your Adsense Earnings Down?

The Adsense Consultant

Are your Google Adsense earnings down? Then don't worry because you are not alone! I have seen many board postings from Adsense publishers who have posted about how their adsense earnings have gone way down! Even my own adsense earnings have decreased!

But instead of whine and complain though I decided to do something about it!

There are 2 ways to increase your Adsense earnings:

  • The first way is to increase the traffic to your Adsense site. Get those traffic numbers up! Install one of the free stat tracking widgets so that you can see where your traffic is coming from! I have them on my own sites and I recommend them to my clients as well. These traffic widgets will show you where your traffic is coming from. For example with my own tracking stats I can tell that about half of my traffic comes from the search engines and the other half comes from traffic that came to my sites from places that I have posted to.

  • The 2nd way to increase your Google Adsense earnings is to incorporate more higher-paying keyword content into your site. There are a few high-paying keywords that pay as much as $100 per click! I have a high-paying keyword list of my own and it is this exact same list that I am using now to incorporate more high-paying keyword content into my (and my clients') sites.

You can either use these high-paying keywords as the basis of your site or you could take the higher-paying keywords and incorporate into a site that you have already made.

I also provide a service where I take a client's site and find the most popular search terms that are related to the client's site. With this list of the most popular search terms I incorporate these popular search terms into the client's site (or I provide them with the list of popular search terms and they incorporate those popular search terms into their own sites themselves). I am also doing this for my own sites as well.

You would probably be surprised and amazed at the number of people who are searching for the most simplest of terms and phrases. For example did you know that over 2 Million people typed in the word "adsense" in a search engine last month? That is a lot of people! Now since my blog is about being an Adsense Consultant I want to get as much of that traffic coming to this blog as possible! In fact I have noted here and on my The SEO Consultant Blog about how important it is to rank high in the search engines if you want more traffic to come to your site or blog. More traffic to your site (that has Adsense on it) means the more potential clicks you will get on your Adsense ads!

Another search term that has had over 1 Million searches is the term "making money online". It seems that a lot of people are interested in being able to make money online. Now remember that these are search terms that are associated with my blog and since Adsense is one of the great ways to earn money online visitors may come to my site seeking more information about how to make money online since I mention how the Google Adsense program is a great way to be able to make money online.

So if your Adsense earnings are down Do something about it!

How Is My High-Paying Keyword List Working?

I posted this on my original Adsense Consultant blog:

It seems that there has been a little cosmetic change to your Adsense account!

It seems that Adsense has changed the way your Adsense account page looks. According to their blog they assure us Adsense publishers that these changes do not affect the way our Adsense earnings are calculated.

Did you already see this? If not, take a look at the screen shot below:

As you can see the top portion of the screenshot shows the way your Adsense page looked BEFORE Adsense changed it. The top of your adsense page used to say "Today's Earnings" but NOW it says "Today's ESTIMATED Earnings!

According to Adsense this change that they have made will not affect your Adsense earnings.

Basically what they are saying is that your adsense earnings aren't officially tabulated until your adsense earning numbers are verified (which usually occurs around the 10th of the next month before they send your Adsense payment).

I can honestly say that I have seen this happen on my own Adsense account where at the end of the month there will be an Adsense earning total but by the 10th of the next month that Adsense earning number has changed - in my case it changed to a higher number - thank goodness.

A more detailed explanation of this can be found on the official Adsense blog by clicking here.

But after posting this on my blog I noticed that I also got a screenshot of my Adsense earnings for earlier this afternoon so I decided to include it on this blog as well.

Mind you this is how much I have earned so far today!

I have been browsing some of the adsense-related message forums and have taken notice about how a lot of people have been posting about how bad their adsense earnings are getting. Some of the adsense publishers are experiencing very low adsense earnings so far this month (and some adsense publishers have even said that their adsense earning numbers were lower even before this month of December 2009!)

Going from my past blog posts I can honestly say that my adsense earning revenue has increase and I'm accounting that to the fact that I am using more higher-paying keyword content on my sites. Another thing that I'm doing is that I have made a list of the most used traffic search terms for my particular sites and I am also using those search terms in my sites so that will help increase the traffic to my sites.

Increased traffic to one's adsense site means more potential clicks on the Adsense ads which means more potential Adsense earnings!

I understand getting frustrated and / or angry about one's Adsense earnings being so low but if you want your Adsense earnings to increase you're going to have to do something about it - which is what I am doing for myself and for my clients as well!

High Paying Keywords - Do They Work? ABSOLUTELY!

High paying keywords - Do they really work? I'll let you judge for yourself!

Below you will see the results that I have gotten so far today:

As you can see from the screenshot above, I actually earned $3 for one click! (Actually it was over $3! for just one click!

I have been blogging lately about using more higher paying keywords into the content of my sites and it looks like it is working very well! $3 (over $3) for one click is a very, very good sign of a high paying keyword!

There is a second line where I earned over $1 for a single click on one of my Adsense ads too!

Higher paying keywords earn you more money per click!

I have been using some of the high paying keywords that I have on my own High Paying Keyword List and it looks as though it is working out very well!

Some Of My Results Using My High-Paying Keywords List!

The above picture shows the results that I have been getting using my high-paying keyword list! As you can see the results are pretty good! The majority of my ecpm numbers are $100 or above!

This means that the higher my cpm is the more money that I will earn per click!

Some of the more higher-paying keywords that I have been using can be incorporated into one's site if they know how to do it right! You can make a blog post and use high-paying keywords while still staying within the topic matter of your website or blog.

Of course another idea is that you could create a blog or website using one (or more) of the higher-paying keywords to earn even more money with the Adsense program. There have been a lot of people using this method to earn more money with the Adsense program.

As a side note I also noticed that my click-thru rate is getting much better! There is even one site of mine that got a click-thru rate of over 90%! I have had click-thru rates of 100% and even over 100%! This doesn't happen all the time but and I really think that it has to do with the subject matter of the site. The more interested that people are in the content of your website or blog the more likely they are to click on the ads that appear on your website or blog!

That's probably why the higher-paying keywords pay so much to advertise!

"I'm Interested In Your (High-Paying) Keywords List......"

I got the following comment to one of my blog posts about high-paying keywords:

"I'm interested with your keywords the high paying ones...how much are you asking for it?"

Then the person who sent me this comment left their email address for me to contact them.

If you look to the right of this blog you will see that I am selling the high-paying keyword list for $55 and you can make your payment via Paypal.

This list includes at least 20 high-paying keywords that have a minimum Adsense cpm rate of at least $10 - some as much as $20 or more! There may also be the occassional keyword that has a cpm rate of $40 or more! (I once had a cpm rate of over $1,000 but unfortunately I don't know what keyword triggered that cpm rate! )

Where Can I Find "High-Paying" Keywords?

Here is a copy of a recent email I got:

Hello Ms. sister2brother,

Thanks for responding to my question in the AdSense blog. I have a couple more questions if you don't mind.

Here is what you wrote:

"You may want to concentrate more on the content of your site. The reason why you are getting such low cpm is because the content of your site is only appealing to low-paying advertisers.

Work on incorporating higher-paying keywords into the content of your site.

There have been times when my cpm rate has reached $1000! Too bad I didn't know what keyword(s) triggered that becuae I would be using it all the time! - LOL!"

How do i find out which Keywords that pay more, and are somewhat associated with my subject matter without buying some "so callled" keyword list?

This is a very good question and I glad that you asked it!

Just like a good many other things you should be able to find lots of sites online that purport to have lists of keywords that pay more in adsense money.

The reason that I myself have a high-paying keyword list is because I have been to countless sites online and have been able to pick them up and implement them on my and my clients' sites.

The answer is really very simple - If you don't want to pay for a "so-called list, then why don't you just find the information yourself?

$1 (Or More) Per Click?

Yes it is possible to get $1 (or more) per click!

I was checking my adsense numbers today and saw that 2 clicks had generated over $3! Estimated that meant that those 2 clicks were worth at least $1.50 per click! The cpm was over $1000! - so that must be the reason why!

I'm $3 Away From The $100 Minimum Needed To Get An Adsense Payment Next Month.....

For the past few months I have been posting about how long it takes me to earn at least the $100 minimum amount needed to get an adsense payment for the next month. So far I'm about $3 away from that.

I'm going for an average of a 10% click-through rate and for the most part I am able to manage that. Sometimes its higher and sometimes its lower and sometimes it is right on the mark!

So far my average is a little low so far this month but you have to take into account that sometimes it is higher and sometimes it is lower so it averages out to be a little lower than 10% so far this month.

However since I'm only about $3 away from the $100 minimum I'm still doing pretty good because I still have the rest of the month - which is about 2 and a half weeks - to go!

I'll probably work more on adding more higher-paying keyword content to my sites to make the click-through rate cpm higher.

When I reach the $100 minimum, I'll post about it here.

A List of High-Paying Keywords

Someone actually wanted a list of the high-paying keywords from me but they weren't willing to pay the price that I am selling it for. So my answer to them was no!

There are just too many free ways to find a list of high-paying keywords online that you shouldn't have to ask for mine if you are not willing to pay for it.

I'm not going to price this list too low and I don't want to price this list too high. But if you're not willing to pay the price that is listed then you will have to find these kinds of lists on your own.

Using High-Paying Keywords On Your Blog

Of course there are various keywords that will pay you a higher adsense earning when visitors to your site click on them however there is the "problem" of having those high-paying keywords be related to the subject matter of your blog.

I have seen one popular blog that gets a lot of traffic but they have so many different subjects on their blog. I'm guessing that the reason why is because they want to target higher-paying keyword content so that they will get paid more money per click.

One example of a higher-paying keyword is "student loan consolidation". Now I know that Rose has a website about student loans and information about how there are some programs to help people financially with their student loans. It seems that a lot of students are having trouble paying back their student loans. I know of one person that hasn't paid back their student loans so now payments are being taken out of the income checks. Moreover the student loan people now want them to make payment arrangements in addition to still taking out the payments from their check so that they can get their student loan out of default.

I am guessing that the reason that "student loan consolidation" is such a high-paying keyword is because there are businesses out there that want this kind of business so bad that they are willing to pay a high price just so people (and potential clients) will be directed to their website which more than likely is some sort of loan consolidation business.

One Click = Over $4 In Adsense Earnings!

Like I have said before you never know what kind of click rate you are going to generate when you have adsense on your site! I looked at my adsense numbers today and found out that I earned over $4 for just one click!

"I Don't "Get" Adsense?"

Here is an email that was in my inbox. I'm having trouble replying to the email because it seems as though my email program is acting up. But it is a good question to post here because I am sure that this person isn't the only one that feels this way.

"Hey why is al(l) of this made to be so easy and its not. Am I stupid? I dont get adsense on how to add more advertising,Help if you can let me know were I need to start.
Thanks
A~

Well first of all your post seems kind of confusing.

First you have to apply to join the adsense program. You are going to have to submit the url of your website or blog so that adsense can review and approve your site. After your site has been approved you can then log in to your adsense account and start going through the process of adding your adsense ads.

You are going to be picking things like ad size and color. However you can't pick which specific ads appear on your site because that will be determined by the content that is on your site. To make your adsense ads more specific and more relevent to the content of your site you can do "section-targeting" which is explained in detail on adsense's own help site.

I do not think that you are stupid. I do think that adsense is new to you and you may just be becoming frustrated because you are trying something new for the first time.

Lots of people seem to be having trouble adding the adsense ads to their sites. Although there are no adsense ads on this blog, you can take a look at one of my client's blog to see what a properly configured adsense ad site would look like.

About the best piece of advice that I can give as far you being able to earn adsense money (or more adsense money) is to pick a theme for your site - that way you stand a much better chance of getting more targeted ads for your site.

Now the question comes up of whether or not you can make a business out of adsense - in other words can you make an adsense site solely to make money as opposed to you have a site about something that interests you and then adding adsense as an afterthought. Of course the answer is yes but since you are going to treat it as a business you are going to have to look at it as a business.

There are certain subjects that advertisers are willing to pay a high price for. So if you start a blog or website using these high-paying keywords then you have the potential to earn a lot more in adsense money. However there are people that have adsense ads on sites with subject matter that they are interested in or passionate about - so it does work both ways. However my best piece of advice would be to have your adsense ads on a site with subject matter that you are interested in or are passionate about!

I'm A Little Past The Half-Way Mark For This Month!

As you can see from this adsense capture picture I am past the halfway mark of getting at least the minimum adsense payment for next month! And it's only February 6th!

Now I am not doing this to brag but to show you that you do NOT have to have a lot of traffic to your site or blog in order to earn at least the minimum adsense earnings to get a payment for the next month! As you can see from my page impressions I don't get a huge amount of traffic but I am getting earnings! Some of the information I "whited" out but some information I let stay. Mostly because I wanted people to see that they don't have to generate a huge amount of traffic just in order to make at least the minimum amount required to get an adsense payment for the next month.

I can tell you that while I strive to get at least a 10% click through rate I don't always manage to accomplish that. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't!

What is very surprising is that sometimes I am pleasantly surprised by how much I can earn per click! And that is really without me trying! I do have a listing of high-paying keywords but sometimes I find that I will get a very high click earning from something that I wasn't even trying for!

So like I said before its only February 6th and I'm already past the half-way mark to earning the minimum amount ($100) required to get an adsense payment the next month!

Hopefully my numbers will show all of you that you don't need a huge amount of traffic in order to generate at least the monthly minimum needed to get an adsense payment the next month!

Over $3 Earned On Just One Click!

One of the pleasantly surprising things about belonging to Adsense is that you never know just how much you are going to earn per click! I pleasantly found out today that 1 click earned me over $3!

Usually me clicks earn me under $1 but every once in a while I am pleasantly surprised by just how much I (or anyone else that has adsense on their site) can earn with adsense.

Of course I have NO CLUE as to what words on my site generated such a high earning and that is one of the wonderful things about having adsense on one's site because you will never know how much just one click could earn you!

I usually post about how long it takes me to get to that $100 minimum for the month so that I'm assured an adsense payment for the next month but right now it's just too early in the month to start that - even though I'm off to a very good start!

I really would recommend that if you are thinking about adding adsense to your sites that you should seriously consider doing so! The one caveat that I want to mention is that your site should have a theme or subject matter in mind - as opposed to having just a "general" site!

You never know just how much you could possible earn with Adsense!

It Is Possible To Get $1 Per Click (and sometimes even more!)

I checked my adsense numbers today and was pleasantly surprised to find out that one of my sites generated more than $1 per click (Actually it generated over $2 per click!).

This has happened to me more than once and I'm sure that other adsense publishers have experienced the same thing.

The one thing that is hard is figuring out what word or term that adsense crawled for to get such a high-paying advertiser? Say for instance you saw that you were getting $1 or more per click and you would like to go to that site to see what content you had that generated such a high-paying click. It would be near-impossible to do because everytime you access your site the ads will change so you won't really know what high-paying ad that was so you wouldn't be able to tell what content generated that high-paying ad.

This is much different that targeting your site with high-paying keywords. When you do that you expect to see higher click rates anyway.

I'm working with a list of high-paying keywords just to see what kind of high-paying clicks they will generate.

High-Paying Keyword term - mesothelioma lawyers

What is mesothelioma? According to wikipedia it is a form of cancer that is almost always caused by previous exposure to asbestos.

Now why would this term - mesothelioma - bring in high-paying advertisers? Because apparently there are a lot of lawsuits going on regarding asbestos in the workplace and people contracting this form of cancer. And where there are lawsuits there are lawyers! And lawyers would be very interested in finding people who might have a case regarding mesothelioma, asbestos and them contracing this kind of form of cancer.

Previous mesothelioma-related lawsuits have resulted in multi-million dollar awards to the victims and of course the lawyers get some of that money so they would be very interested in finding people that might have a valid lawsuit against their workplace.

So that is a good reason why this term would be such a high-paying keyword because there is a lot of money involved with it!

Adsense Consultant - Is It Possible To Earn $1 Per Click?

Is it possible to earn $1 per click? I would say that it is most definitely possible! In fact I achieved this very thing today when I checked my adsense numbers earlier. Make no mistake - getting a rate that allows you to earn $1 per click is no easy thing to do.

You have to incorporate high-paying keyword content within your site!

"Where Do I Find High-Paying Keywords Without Having To Pay For It?"

"Hello Ms. sister2brother,

"

The most simplest answer to your question is that you have to do the work and find the high-paying keywords.

I have gathered a number of lists that claim to have high-paying keywords and I'm going to experiment using these "high-paying" keywords on both my and my clients sites.
